What is your management fee?

We charge 10% when your property has less than 50% occupancy, and 15% when it has more than 50% occupancy. Our fee never exceeds 15%.

What areas do you service?

We manage properties across Cape Town including the CBD, Hout Bay, Blouberg, Sea Point, and Durbanville.
