We use an 'Occupation Based Management Fee' structure, starting from only 10% Management fee and never going over 15% Management fee. In short, the better the listing does, the more management is required. This structure also saves you money in Low-season!

Transparent Pricing
We believe in offering pricing that makes sense! In low-season less management is required, and in high-season, more management is required! As such, we charge 10% when you have less than 50% occupancy, and 15% when you have more than 50% occupancy.
